Our Process

The basic steps we follow to ensure customer satisfaction:


We will review our written quote at the end of the estimate with you to ensure that there is no confusion with either party as to what work will be performed.


We will contact you within seven days prior to the start of work to confirm the start date. We will also set up a time to perform any power washing or carpentry, if needed.


Before we begin, rest assured that all of our professionals adhere to rigorous safety and security standards including:

  • OSHA compliant
  • All painters uniformed
  • Respect your privacy and only enter the rooms to be painted
  • Clean up daily and remove dangerous tools from the premises
  • Carry comprehensive general liability insurance

Interior Set-up and Preparation

All items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floor spaces are protected with drop cloths. All holes and cracks are filled and all stains are sealed.

Exterior Set-up and Preparation

According to your proposal, areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew. All loose paint is scraped and primed. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.


Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all of our materials are packed up and stored neatly.


Once the project begins, our foreman will give you daily updates, either in person, by phone, or electronically, on the progress of the job.


At the end of the job, and after we have performed our own rigorous inspection, we will walk the job with you to ensure that we have met, if not exceeded, your expectations.


Once you have signed off that the work is indeed completed, the crew will ask you to fill out a customer comment card and then complete payment in full.
